Sometimes you’ve just got to paint your nails like you did when you were ten. When you’re so indecisive about a colour that you choose them all. I decided to stick with five because I didn’t actually feel like having to deal with ten nail polishes. Plus I like symmetry.
{Essie ‘go ginza’, BarryM Gelly hi-shine ‘blueberry’, Essie ‘Mojito’, Essie ‘cascade cool’, Revlon top speed ‘electric’}
Essie dominates most of my collection, as they really just bring it in terms of colour selection, and I love the newer wider brush. No mess or fuss. I didn’t bother with a top coat because I thought I’d only want to have these nails for a couple of days, but the more I looked at them, the more they cheered me up on the drab rainy days! I might recreate colourful nails when the English weather is not on my side in the future.

The yellow colour from Revlon is the BEST yellow I’ve ever come across, opaque in two coats and not neon like most yellows. In fact, I don’t have a bad thing to say about any Revlon polishes I own. They are such a great brand.
