The property itself covers the whole top of the hill, so you can walk around the perimeter and get amazing views of the sea. Or just hang out in the grass if it’s nice enough.
The seagulls thought the walls were a great place to hang out.
The views over the harbour and houses below were great, and made me really excited to head down the hill. We stopped off for some fish and chips and then decided to have a walk around the side of the mountain. Our excitement was short lived as it started to downpour, with no shelter in site, so we walked for about ten minutes and got completely soaked through. I was not a happy bunny as I’m not a fan of being soaking wet, who is really? Wet jeans are the worst. So, needless to say, there’s not a whole lot else I can say about Scarborough as we hightailed it out of there. I do really want to go back though, as there’s an aquarium we missed out on! It’s a cute seaside town as well, and I do love being by the sea.
