Last week was actually kind of exciting with plans three nights in a row. I made a banana peanut butter chocolate smoothie that tasted like a milkshake, painted my nails for the first time in ages and saw a lot of people I feel I don’t get to see enough.
There has been so much going on since I got back from America! Which is good, but I was definitely looking forward to this past weekend when we didn’t have any plans. We filled it of course but at least it was with stuff we needed to get done around the house. For those of you who may be new here, (Hi!) I normally round up photos I’ve taken on my phone to document what’s been going on and write a Life Lately post.
Well I thought I’d be able to catch up on blogging while I was back in NY but my parents internet decided to not really work. Hoping that it’s getting fixed today, as it took about an hour to upload just these few pictures!
I’ve been trying to be more organised in my life these days, yet the days just keep getting away from me and I don’t get anything done that I wanted to. I have ticked a few things off my list though, finally finding the hanging planter of my dreams, trying new recipes, organising kitchen shelves and cabinets, and lots of kitty snuggles.CONTINUE READING
I didn’t take that many pictures this year, or so I thought. Still ended up with a fair few! This years Secret Garden Party was so different to last years. Last year the weather was amazing, even too hot at times, and we basked in it the whole weekend. This year however, there was about a months worth of rain in ONE day (Friday) and wallowed in the mud.
