We decided to take advantage of the fact that the sun was out and it was fairly warm, with a walk to Cusworth hall, which is right over the field from us and where we tend to go when the weather permits. Darcey-Grace was a champ the whole time, smiling and not fussing one bit. She even had a little nap on the way home. The swans were out as well, sunning and washing themselves in the pond with their babies who sadly aren’t such babies anymore.Sunday was spent snuggling in bed alllll day with this fluffy kitty and watching Criminal Minds on Netflix instead of getting the lawn mowed, working on my blog design (watch this space, it’s coming along slowly), housework, or any number of things that I really need to be getting on with. Sometimes you just need a day in bed.
Saturday Adam and I got to babysit this little cutie all day. This is our niece, Darcey-Grace who is around three months old now, and is a big smiler and finger eater. This was the first time she was away from her momma and she was soooo good! Such an easy baby to look after, and we got plenty of cuddles from her.
Hope everyone else had a more productive weekend than I did! Or at least a fun one.
