We spent a good half an hour at the fountain once we found seats at the base. It’s HUGE! Much bigger than what I was picturing, and the water is the prettiest colour of blue. Everything just seems so fresh and clean. We actually decided to walk back and hang out at the fountain the next night as well, with some gelato of course. Then our last night we found ourselves around the corner from it having dinner. I think it’s safe to say I’m officially obsessed with fountains now after visiting Rome!
The first day we arrived in Rome from Florence, we had a good few hours of daylight left so decided to seek out the Trevi Fountain. It was actually my grandma that had mentioned that we should try and find it and take pictures for her, and it was one of my favourite places!
