Since this little space of internet is mainly used as my scrapbook on life, I’ve been posting about places we’ve been so as to catch up, as I wish I would have documented them at the time. Obviously since we lived in New Zealand for a year, there are a fair few things to catch up on! So you can expect a few more posts on there, as well as posts on Germany, Paris, Belgium, and places we have/are visiting in England.
I will throw the odd makeup and shopping posts in as well, but as there’s a whole lot of trips coming up, I’m trying to cut back on my spending/save for things that I really want. If you didn’t notice, I added a little sidebar to the right to tell you where I’m headed. Plus now that I’ve got a small stash of makeup, as much as I’d like to go out and buy EVERYTHING I see and read about, I’m not a product junkie and am trying to stick to things that I will use or skincare that will help my skin. Since I work from home most days I don’t even put on a scrap of makeup and I don’t mind going out and the world seeing my bare face. So if you are looking for a shopaholic blog, sorry, but I’m a lot better about my spending habits! Well no, I’m not sorry because that’s a good thing, but you know what I mean.
I’m also trying to *finally* learn all the settings of my camera and enhance my pictures. Better late than never eh? I wouldn’t be so presumptuous as to call myself a photographer, but I am passionate about taking pictures and will happily snap memories all day long if I could. Thus this blog as an outlet to not only look back on for myself, but to share with you. Don’t forget those buttons at the top are ways you can see what I’m up to, and come chat with me (I’m on Twitter but admittedly don’t know much about it so come say hi). Hope you will stay with me for a while.
